I’ve been seeing facebook posts about it. Testimonials, googled it, youtubbed it, and asked for SAMPLES in February, of both chocolate & vanilla complete shakes. Just in time too since I ran out of Sun Warrior Vegan Raw Protein Powder. Click the link to see my routine their. Been using the juice plus samples for 1 full month. Since I’m already into doing daily morning smoothies-today I feel like using the same ingredients. Except I ran out of bananas, green apples & fresh spinach from the amish market.But I have a small amount of leftover homemade chocolate moose I need to get rid of!!
I like how the powder curbs my apetite, has vitamins in it, and I can mix it with pretty much everything… even pancake mix 🙂 🙂 I’ve went on to ordering a complete 4 month supply. Since I’m working out: I’m not solely for loosing weight – really focusing on gaining muscle to get stronger and become more flexible. Getting healthy from the inside out is where I’ve started 🙂

(I have a single serve cup)
1 – Avocado
2 tbls – Pomegranate seeds
1 tbls – Chocolate Juice plus complete powder or any chocolate flavored protein powder you have
1 cup- Coconut water or liquid of choice (add more if needed)
1/3 cup – frozen mixed fruit or fresh if you have it **SKIP IF YOU DON’T HAVE**: chocolate moose already in your fridge 🙂
Ice – add ice if you like — I don’t because the frozen fruit/coconut water is cold enough for me
1)Scoop 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds into blender cup. Cut avocado in 1/2, remove seed, and add all of the avocado to your blender cup.
2)Add 1 tablespoon of Chocolate juice plus shake or scoop if you have the actual bag of chocolate juice plus into the blender cup. Add your 1/3 cup of mixed fruit. Scoop in leftover chocolate moose and be done w/it. If you don’t have extra chocolate don’t worry about it. I just can’t keep it in my fridge tempting me any longer!! Push all the contents down w/your spoon.
3)Add 1 cup of coconut water or liquid of choice into the blender cup and blend away as normal.
